To answer your enquiries and prepare quotations; to enter into and perform your rental; for invoicing and our accounting and tax obligations; for the security and proper working of this website; and to tell you about our availability if you have agreed to that or have already stayed with us.

Your name, your email and postal address, your telephone number, your dates and number of guests, your messages and your booking history. Card details are handled solely by our payment provider and are never passed to us.

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking: three years after the last contact. Completed stays: five years after the stay. Police registration forms: six months. Non-essential cookies: thirteen months at most.

Ourselves, and our technical providers: Lodgify (Codebay Solutions Ltd) for bookings, OVHcloud for hosting and email, and our payment provider. Some of these may process your data outside the European Union.

If, when you book, you agree to receive the offer of products and services from Pelangi Partners, your name, email address and dates of stay are passed to that company for that purpose alone. Pelangi Partners is a separate company and is the controller of that processing as far as it is concerned. You may withdraw your agreement at any time, with no effect on your booking.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Write to us at admin@masdeloliviere.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.

This website itself sets no cookies and uses no audience-measurement tools. The Lodgify booking modules on some pages may set the cookies they need in order to work.
