The tourist tax (taxe de séjour), collected on behalf of the commune of Rians: €1.96 per adult, per night. Under-eighteens are exempt.

For eight adults over one week, that comes to about €110. Because the house holds the four-star classification, this is a flat rate: it does not vary with the price of your stay, unlike unclassified rentals, where the tax is charged as a percentage of the nightly rate.

There are no paid options in the booking process: the price you see is the final price, apart from the tourist tax.

Around your stay

Wine and beer from neighbouring estates, a welcome hamper for your arrival, a mid-stay clean or a chef for an evening: these exist, but they are not part of the rental. They are offered and invoiced by Pelangi Partners, a separate company.

Arrival and departure

Arrival from 5 pm, departure before 10 am.

In summer, arrivals and departures are on Saturdays, for a minimum of seven nights.

For the rest of the season you arrive on a Wednesday, a Saturday or a Sunday. Four nights is enough, six if you arrive on a Sunday — that way you always leave on a day that lets us have the house ready for the next guests.

Booking and payment

A 30 % deposit is due when you book; the balance is due 30 days before arrival. A €1,000 security deposit is pre-authorised on a credit card before you arrive, and released after you leave.

Cancellation

Cancelling more than 30 days before arrival: full refund. Between 30 and 14 days: 50 % refunded. Less than 14 days: no refund.

Booking here rather than through a platform costs you less: our direct rates are below those shown on Vrbo. You deal with us, not with a customer-service desk, and we reply the same day.
